My Home Health Care understands that no two clients are the same. This is why we make every effort to personalize each of our services to cater to the specific needs of every individual client.
We do our best to ensure that you are able to get the care that you need and that your exact needs are met.
With that said, we offer two services that our clients can choose from. Note that these services are delivered by qualified, hardworking, and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Homemakers (HM). Our Qualified Professionals work closely with each PCA and HM staff to make sure every PCA and HM receives the appropriate training to be successful.
The two services that we offer are:
- Personal Care Assistance (PCA) Services: Provide assistance and support for persons with disabilities, living independently in the community. This includes the elderly and others with special health care needs.
- Homemaker Services: Provides elderly individuals with assistance with the instrumental activities of daily living (IADL). Sometimes referred to as chore services, these tasks include housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and assistance managing prescriptions.
